One of the most frustrating things for hitters is to go up, blast away, have the hit go off opponent´s fingers and out of bounds, only to discover no one saw the touch. Here´s a way to get a few calls you might not get otherwise:
Simply call "touch" the instant you see them at the net. Oftentimes, the referee will hear that and instantly signal a touch. If the ball is close to the net, it´s sometimes hard to know who actually called the touch, especially in a noisy gym.
